Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Trivionis Solutions AG ("Trivionis", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit this website, sign up for launch updates or contact us.
The controller responsible for this processing is:
Dorfstrasse 38, 6340 Baar, Switzerland
UID: CHE-273.948.189
Email: [email protected]
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Scope
This policy covers this website only. Our payment processing, crypto-fiat conversion, settlement and API services are not yet available. When they launch, the processing of merchant and transaction data will be described in separate terms and a separate privacy notice provided to our business customers.
Data we collect
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider automatically records technical information each time the site is requested: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. We use this data only to deliver the site, keep it secure and investigate errors or abuse.
When you sign up for launch updates
If you enter your email in the "Get notified" form, we store that email address and the date you submitted it. Please use a business email address; the service is intended for corporate merchants.
When you contact us
If you email us, we process your name, email address, company details and any information you include in your message, so we can reply and handle your request.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special categories of personal data on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
- Operating and securing the website (server logs): our legitimate interest in a stable, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Launch updates (email sign-up): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
- Answering enquiries: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Legal obligations: where we must retain or disclose data under Swiss law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA. Where a country does not offer an adequate level of data protection as recognised by the Swiss Federal Council or the European Commission, we rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as recognised in Switzerland, or on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
How long we keep data
- Server logs: kept for a short period, typically no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Launch sign-ups: kept until you unsubscribe or until we stop sending launch updates.
- Correspondence: kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and longer only where Swiss retention obligations apply (up to 10 years for business records).
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to data on a need-to-know basis. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using current industry practices.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- request information about and a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted or its processing restricted;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you are in the EEA, you can contact the data protection authority in your country of residence.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our website or services change, in particular before our services launch. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
